The impressive collection of wines of Triantafyllopoulou estate is coming to be complemented by the fresh and cool rosé from Grenache Rouge and Syrah with a concentration of 60% and 40% respectively.
Even before trying it, we knew that Grenache Rouge on the warm climate of the island, could offer a wine with potential and evolution. Having already picked out its white and red wine siblings for their quality, we were expecting with interest our new discovery. And the result justified our trust!
On the glass, its color is vivid and intense, reminds of pink grapefruit. Flower fragrances and fruits of spring are offering notes of strawberry, sour cherry and rose. The acidity is discreet and playful, in a body of moderate volume with peppery ending.
Summer fits it very well! For it the refreshing glass that you will enjoy on the veranda or the filled table on the yard with the family present.
